Houston

Turns out Houston is a pretty awesome city!  There is such a diverse population, delicious food, great museums, and just cool random things to do.  Here's what I can remember I've done so far:

Surfside Beach for Ashleigh's birthday
The Front Porch with Michael for trivia - good beer and freshly grilled steaks with all the fixin's
Sushi with Christian
Niko Niko - Greek for brunch = yum!  eggs with fresh pita, tomatoes, olives, feta, and sausage
La Guadelupona Cafe - best tortas ever!
Katz's - Jewish deli, amazing pastrami sandwich and cheesecake shake!
Luigi's Pizza
Niddira Thai - yum yellow curry
India's Restaurant - brunch buffet...enough said
Breakfast Klubb - wings and waffles, fried catfish, grits, and biskits =YUM
The Teahouse - bubble tea!
Rothko Chapel - peaceful and beautiful (free)
Menil Collection - great art and (free)
Contemporary Art Museum - interesting but a lot was under construction (free)
Museum of Fine Art - amazing!  awesome light (James Turnell) exhibit and fun standing exhibits
Rice University - great 3 mile loop around outside of campus, James Turnell Pavilion, cool alphabet sculptures, great architecture
St. Thomas University - cool campus to walk through
Med Center - just impressive
Marquis - bar with free shuffle board
Abilities Expo
Galveston - beach, seafood
