Although everything says that the Olympics don't start until the 27th, women's soccer opening games were today. It bothers me that they are still not recognized but at least I found out and got to watch! USA played France and it was an AMAZING game! I love soccer so much and miss it! I hope that I get to play next fall in St. Louis. But watching the game and then all these clips about olympians has made me so excited! Here is a wonderful/beautiful link highlighting some hopeful American gold medalists!
I love that the world does this every four years. Makes me feel more part of everyone.
