So I just found out that my last 3month long fieldwork experience will be in AUSTIN!!! I will be at Brackenridge trauma hospital and just 2 minutes from Christian's office! I am so excited and things couldn't be working out anymore perfectly. I also went for a walk today with Karen (it was lovely) and was wearing my TXPTS shirt. A woman asked if I was from Austin or just wearing the shirt, and it turns out she worked at Brackenridge! Not only that but she loved it and said it was the most wonderful place! How cool is that!? I love it when stuff like that happens and I'm grateful to look forward to my time there!
Also a very wise and wonderful woman I worked with, Carrie Maines, posted a video that seemed just up this blog's alley. I'll share it!
