Frank Kronenberg

WOW I AM SO THANKFUL TO BE AT A SCHOOL THAT BRINGS AMAZINGLY BRILLIANT PEOPLE TO TALK!

Frank Kronenberg is an international OT guru and I wish he could've talked for hours!  Bits of wisdom I took from him:

What is OT?  It's so so simple, we do it everyday all day, ask "How are you doing?"  This simple question is OT in a nutshell...how is your wellbeing and how is what you are doing impacting your wellbeing?  We believe that what you do is who you are and how you feel and this question sums that up beautifully.

We cannot do without other human beings.  There is no such think as an individual accomplishment EVER.  We must always remember that whatever we do we do with the help of others.

OT is a profession that is open to all and everyone as resources in hopes of finding concrete answers to complex problems.  If/when you hear no or not possible to us it means NOT YET.

What we practice is Human Occupational Therapy, and if there comes a time that injustice or wrong doing does not cause a physical and emotional response then the human part of this has been removed.

Home is the place where we feel that what we do matters.
